*'Marginalised identities' refers to those people and groups who are structurally and systemically discriminated against within our society due to characteristics such as race, gender, sexuality, ability, or socioeconomic status. These identities are marginalised because the dominant systems and structures are built around the needs, values, and perspectives of more privileged groups.
