About the event
We're delighted to welcome Paterson Joseph to Bristol to discuss his thrilling debut novel, The Secret Diaries of Charles Ignatius Sancho. Based on the true story of the titular character's extraordinary journey from escaping slavery, to treading the boards of Georgian London's theatres, to becoming the first black person to vote in Britain.
Time: Doors at 19:00, Discussion starts at 19:30
Tickets: £5.50 ticket only, £10.50 ticket + paperback book. 20 free tickets will be available from St Paul's Learning Centre for their local community.
