About the event
The Leadership Fundamentals Programme is a 10-week, 90% funded hybrid training programme for individuals in SMEs looking to develop their leadership and management skills.
Cohort 7 will start on Wednesday 25th February 2026 with in-person workshops being held at St Paul's Learning Centre. If you are interested in registering for the programme or would like to find out more, please follow the the link below.

Our interactive workshops delivered by industry experts will support participants to grow their confidence, reflect on their leadership style and develop tools for effective communication, collaboration and innovation within their teams.
Participants will learn as part of a cohort of 15-20 people, benefitting from peer learning as well as academic insight. On successful completion of the programme, participants will achieve an ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management.
