Level 1 Enterprise & Development

This course is designed to support learners to identify, analyse, evaluate and develop their own enterprising character and skills that can be transferred into self-employment and or into the workplace as an employee. Learners will identify potential customers and learn the value of meeting and exceeding customer needs. The course will cover a basic introduction to marketing in order to promote their business (or self) building confidence in using social media and how to manage and resolve workplace problems.
