Level 1 Enterprise & Development

This course is designed to support learners to identify, analyse, evaluate and develop their own enterprising character and skills that can be transferred into self-employment and or into the workplace as an employee. 

Learners will identify potential customers and learn the value of meeting and exceeding customer needs. 

The course will cover a basic introduction to marketing in order to promote their business (or self) building confidence in using social media and how to manage and resolve workplace problems. Participants will be able to complete an action plan to enable them to progress to the next steps following the course.
