After working for over 20 years in academia, at 50 Miriam has embarked on a massive career change towards self employment (personal and business coach, impact evaluation consultant and Pilates teacher), demonstrating that it is never too late to seek life and career fulfilment.
In her talk, she will explain her motivations, challenges and key learnings. In particular, she will talk about self-leadership and how you can find your inner leader to guide yourself with purpose in life.
