Introduction to weaving using a rigid heddle loom
This 6-week course is the perfect introduction to weaving. It builds a strong foundation in hand-weaving on a rigid heddle loom and covers the stages involved in the process of making your cotton fabric that can be turned into place mats or a table runner…or another item of your choice with advice from the tutor. You will learn how to warp, wind and thread up a rigid heddle loom, hem stitch your creation and finish your fabric so that it can be used long into the future.
