About the event
BAFZ and ACORN Bristol are proud to host Mahmoud, an organiser with the Palestinian Popular Struggle Coordination Committee, for an evening of political education and solidarity. The PSCC coordinates non-violent protest, community organising, and popular self-defence in villages and towns across the West Bank, resisting land theft, displacement, and militarised settler violence.
Masoud will speak about the role of grassroots organising in confronting occupation, the day-to-day realities of settler colonialism, and how Palestinian communities are protecting themselves and each other. As the Israeli state intensifies its assault on Palestinian life and land, the lessons of collective resistance from the West Bank are more urgent than ever.
Join us to learn, connect, and deepen our solidarity across borders. All welcome.
