About the event
Nilaari is a black-led charity and for over two decades, they have been dedicated to providing mental health assistance, to adults (18+) from racialised Communities.
Their therapists offer various talking therapies that are sensitive to different cultures and responsive to individual needs, aiming to lessen the impact of emotional mental distress. Additionally, their practitioners are committed to offering comprehensive support and advice tailored to each person’s unique situation.
