The Learning Centre is located in the heart of inner city Bristol close to the M32 and Cabot Circus. Office space is set over two floors and is home to many organisations with a particular focus on community engagement and education.
Tenants benefit from a staffed reception, access to our permaculture garden, use of downstairs café and library. There are WC facilities on each floor and tenants have access to the photocopier in reception (at extra cost).
The building is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Office space within the Centre is fully serviced by The Ethical Property Company. Tenants can book meeting and conference space in the Centre at a discounted rate.
Rental charges are inclusive and cover maintenance and management of the Centre, including reception services, cleaning, waste and recycling, fire and security provision.
Tenants are responsible for the payment of any Business Rates, contents insurance, phone calls and use of photocopiers/printers.
There is no fixed minimum term on our rental contracts. Tenants can give notice at any point ensuring they have maximum flexibility to adapt to changes they might face. The notice period relates to the size of the rented office, and will vary from 2 - 9 months.
